P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners, the learned AGP for first to third Respondents and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth Respondent. The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on instructions states that the Petitioners are pressing only prayer clause (c). She states that she is pressing the said clause as the application referred therein is still pending. We accept the said statement. In view of the said statement, we pass following order:- 2.

We direct the State of Maharashtra to decide Case No.RTSMegha 1/2

Megha 51_wp_14091_2016.doc 27A/15/case-541/J-4(A) as expeditiously as possible and within a period of 12 weeks from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is produced in the office of the Revenue Department of the State of Maharashtra.

Needless to add that the matter shall be decided after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioners and all concerned parties.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with above directions. All contentions on merits are kept open.
