Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R.No.294 of 2023 registered with Khadak Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 376(2)(n), 377, 392, 506(2), 504, 323 of Indian Penal Code, Section 3 read with Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and Sections 37(1) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, 1951.

The application preferred by the applicant before the Court of Session awaits adjudication. The Applicant has approached this Court as the learned Additional Sessions Judge declined to grant interim protection. The application is now listed before the Court of Session on 7 October 2023. 4.

The learned Additional Sessions Judge is requested to make an SSP 1/2

910 aba 2717 of 2023.doc endeavour to decide the application for pre-arrest bail as expeditiously as possible. In the event, the prosecution seeks time to proceed with the application, the learned Additional Sessions Judge may consider the prayer for interim protection. 5.

The Application stands disposed.
