Union of India is relying upon the affidavit-in-reply filed by Executive Engineer in this Petition also. 3.

Interim Applications are disposed of in terms of prayer clause (b). Amendment to be carried out within 2 days from today. Reverification dispensed with. After the amendment is carried out, amended copy be supplied to the Respondents. A copy of amended Petition would be supplied to the learned counsel appearing for Union of India within two days from carrying out the amendment.
