This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of the sole appellant after condoning the delay of 29 days.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that applicants have made out sufficient case for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today. 4.
