Having heard learned Counsel for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing the Appellate Authority, not to give effect to the order that may be passed in appeal filed by the respondent no.2 under Section 44(e) of the Maharashtra Municipal Corporation Act, in case the same is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, for the period of two weeks from the date of communication thereof to the petitioner. Ordered accordingly.
