C.:- 1) Mr.Gole, learned Advocate appearing for the corpus, Suresh Subba Poojari tendered across the bar his Affidavit dated 27th March 2024, duly affirmed before a Notary Public. In para 6 thereof, the affiant has stated that, he does not intend to meet the Petitioner No.1. He has not been confined by anyone and he is residing at the address mentioned in the Petition on his own without any pressure and coercion of anybody. That, he is at liberty to move anywhere and is taking regular treatment as advised by the doctor.
