P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition No.(C) imposed upon the Applicant by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune in Criminal Bail Application No. 1703 of 2016 by its Order dated 19th May, 2016 in C.R. No. 277 of 2015, registered with Loni Kalbhor Police Station, Pune.

The record indicates that, the similar Application for cancelling the condition imposed upon the Applicant dated 16th September 2017, is pending for final adjudication on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Pune. The said Application is annexed at Page No.15 to the present Application. 1/2

The present Application is disposed off, in the aforesaid terms.
