Advocate for the appellant submits that appellant is not in their touch from January, 2018. Therefore, it is not possible for him to argue these matters. He further submits that for want of instructions, it is not possible for him to make any statement to comply the order dated 22.06.2015.

Considering these facts, all the three Family Court Appeals stand dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of dismissal of Family Court Appeal, Civil Application No.14 of 2018 does not survive. The same stands dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the Applicant wife to take out appropriate proceeding, if she wants.
