Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. Petition is filed for quashing the proceedings of criminal case No. 3073/PW/2015. We have gone through the charge-sheet including the FIR. The FIR discloses that the Petitioner assaulted the Complainant with hands. FIR also discloses the allegations of offence of outraging the modesty of a woman. The veracity of those allegations cannot be gone into at this stage. No case is made out for interference. In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this petition and the same is accordingly dismissed.
