This is an application for bail in Sessions Case No. 520 of 2014, applicant is being prosecuted for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149 of Indian Penal Code. Learned APP submits that the prosecution has examined fourteen witnesses and two witnesses who are Investigating Officer are yet to be examined. Next date before the trial Court is on 29th January, 2019. Learned counsel for the applicant however submitted that the matter has been adjourned since last four months for recording the evidence of Investigating Officer. It is further submitted that there is no evidence to show

Considering the fact that the trial is already commenced only two witnesses are to be examined. No case for grant of bail is made out. However, since the Investigating Officer are to be examined, it is expected that the prosecution will adduce the evidence of the Investigating Officer expeditiously and trial Court would make an endevour to conclude the trial as early as possible.
