The petitioner-Complainant raises a grievance that investigation was not carried out properly in FIR registered on her complaint bearing C.R. No.386/2013 with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur the offences under Sections 464,465,466,467,468,471,420,34 of I.P.C. According to learned Counsel chargesheet came to be filed against 3 accused. The Counsel submits that main accused persons are left behind by the investigating agencies. In the complaint itself the petitioner had attributed

We have perused the record placed before us including the, complaint, FIR registered.

Without expressing any opinion, we observe that in case the petitioner makes a representation addressed to Senior Police Inspector, Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur within two weeks from today raising specific issues on which further investigation is to be carried out, we direct the Senior Police Inspector of said police station to take appropriate decision on the same and communicate the same to the petitioner.
