Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The second appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law :

Whether the Courts below were right in law in fixing maintenance amount payable to the Appellants without considering the agricultural income as well as the salary income of the Respondent ?

The printing of paper book is dispensed with. The Appellants shall, however, file a private paper book comprising papers and proceedings before the Courts below within a period of 12 weeks.

SA 905-16.doc Civil Application No.1820 of 2016 The Applicants/Appellants shall produce a chart showing the arrears upto date of maintenance payable in accordance with the orders passed by learned J.M.F.C., Pimpri and the First Appellate Court. After production of this chart, the arrears, if already not deposited by the Respondent, shall be cleared within a period of four weeks.
