This is an application seeking modification of an order dated 27 August, 2015 passed by this Court. This Court had granted pre-arrest bail on the condition, in the event of arrest, the applicant shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Learned advocate for the applicant seeks that the applicant is ready to furnish two or more sureties, and therefore, seeks partial modification of the said order. The order stands modified as follows;

ORDER

(a)In the event of arrest, the applicant shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one or Pg 1 of 2

(b) The application is allowed and disposed of in the above terms.
