DATE: JULY 28, 2022 P.C.:- 1] On instructions prayer is made by Counsel for the Petitioners that Petitioners be permitted to withdraw the Petition so also the amount which is deposited in this Court as the amount is already informed to have been deposited with the State Government towards the arrears of stamp duty. He further submits that liberty be granted to take recourse to amnesty scheme floated by the State Government. 2] As such, Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this court with accrued interest. Liberty to the Petitioners to approach the State Government under amnesty scheme.
