After the matter was heard for some time, Mr. Vishal Kanade, learned counsel for the Appellant fairly seeks leave to withdraw this Appeal. Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

Learned counsel for the Appellant also urged that the Trial Court be directed to expedite the hearing of the Notice of Motion. It would be appropriate for the Appellants to make such a request to the Trial Court, which the Trial Court may consider if the facts of the case so demand.
