P.C.:- The learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the Respondent Nos. 1,2 and 5 states that the issue involved in this case was also involved in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011 that was decided by the Division Bench of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court, by the Judgment dated 24.04.2012. It is stated that certain directions were issued by the Division Bench of the Aurangabad Bench to the Respondents in the said Petition and similar directions be issued against the Zilla Parishad in this case also.
On a hearing the learned counsel for the parties and on perusal of the Judgment dated 24.04.2012 in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011, we dispose of this Writ Petition by directing the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4-Zilla 1/2
ssm 2 15-wp11210.13.sxw Parishad to consider the representation made by the Petitioners in the light of the communication dated 24.04.2007 and the observations made by the Division Bench of the Aurangabad Bench of this Court in the Judgment dated 24.04.2012 in Writ Petition No. 7116 of 2011. The Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to pass an appropriate order within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order. Order accordingly. No order as to costs.
