This Court had directed to expedite hearing of the case pending before the trial court. The accused is said to have absconded.

Considering the prayer of the Petitioner in this petition, the writ petition stands disposed of with a request to the learned Magistrate to decide the Petitioner's application on its own merits within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
