Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent - State. 2.

By this application, the applicant seeks transit anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.96 of 2012 registered with the Rama Police Station, State - Punjab & Haryana, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 420 r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of four weeks to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.

Accordingly, the applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks from today, to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs. It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits.

The Application stands disposed of.
