The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that the possession of the flat would be handed over within a period of six weeks.

List on 18th August, 2022.

Interim protection granted earlier shall continue to operate till the next date."

The learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 submits that in spite of above said statement, the applicant has not handed over the possession of the flat till date.

The learned APP submits that there are in all 49 flat purchasers. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they have sent repeated intimation, however, there is no response from the applicant. 5.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, Application is dismissed.

6.

Interim order stands vacated.
