Heard learned counsel for the parties. By this civil application, applicant is seeking condonation of 33 days delay in filing first appeal challenging the order dated 06/08/2016 passed by Ad-hoc District Judge at Greater Bombay in Notice of Motion No. 1571 of 2012 in L. C. Suit No. 2016 of 2012.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for
