Order dated 24.02.2021 mentions that, learned counsel for the applicant had submitted that the brother of the applicant has taken no objection from the learned counsel for the applicant as he intends to engage another advocate. The application was listed on 10.03.2021 and none appeared for the applicant. On 24.03.2021 also none appeared for the applicant. On the last date of hearing on 06.07.2021 the applicant was not represented by the advocate. It appears that new advocate filed Vakalatnama. His name is shown on board. However, none appears for the applicant even today.
