The learned counsel representing the High Court Administration has placed on record a letter dated 10th August 2015 addressed by the Registrar Personnel of this Court to the Registrar (Legal and Research) of this Court. It records that the Committee appointed by this Court has considered the application of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Clerk on Compassionate ground as per the Bombay High Court Revised Guidelines,2007. The letter records that the application has been approved by the Hon'ble the Chief Justice. The letter is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

In view of what is stated in the letter, nothing survives in the petition and the same is disposed of.
