The operative part of the order impugned in the above Petition reads thus :- "The parties are directed to argue on the application filed by the Plaintiff for police aid filed at Exh.39." Since the parties are to be heard on the application filed by the Plaintiff for police aid, it is not necessary to interdict at this stage with the impugned order. The Petitioners would always be at liberty to challenge the final order that would be passed by the Trial Court if the same goes against them. With the liberty as aforestated, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
