The petitioners are already charge-sheeted before the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 24th Court at Borivali for offence punishable u/s, 498(A), 406, 417 & 34 of IPC. 2.

The petition was preferred in 2018 and adjourned time and again. On last occasion i.e. 04/01/2023 so also today none appeared for the petitioners.
