Learned APP on instructions from Mr. Santosh D. Dange, API, Hadapsar Police Station, Pune submitted that, after completion of investigation of present crime i.e. C. R. No. 1063 of 2022 registered with Hadapsar Police Station, District Pune, police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cantonment, Pune on 30th December, 2022.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Application with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy as may be permissible under the provisions of Cr.P.C.
