This is an application for recalling the order dated 12.7.2016. By that order, notice was issued to the respondents returnable after six weeks. The applicant was directed to remove office objections within three weeks, failing which the petition was to stand dismissed without further reference to the Court. Mr Rajeshirke submitted that as the applicant did not remove office objections, petition stood dismissed.

Notices were not issued to the

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in paragraph 3 of the application, Civil application is allowed in terms of prayers Clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Writ Petition is restored to its original petition.
