I have perused the order dated 10 January 2023 passed below Exhibit 106 in Special Civil Suit No.106 of 1995 by the Jt. Civl Judge, Senior Division, Raigad-Alibag.

Mr. Karnawat has made his submissions and taken me through the entire order. After expressing to him that this Court is not inclined to allow the Petition, in his usual fairness Mr. Karnavat has sought withdrawal of the Writ Petition. It is clarified that withdrawal of the Writ Petition shall not influence the decision of the trial Court and the trial before the trial Court which shall strictly be carried out in accordance with law keeping all contentions of the plaintiffs open.

With the above directions, Writ Petition is disposed as withdrawn.
