P.C.

Learned APP, on instructions from the officer who is present in the Court submits that during the pendency of interim protection granted to the applicant, the applicant has been arrested by executing the interim order, and, thereafter, chargesheet is also filed against the applicant. Learned counsel for the intervener, however, submits that he is not aware as to what investigation is conducted by the police. He further submitted that it is not clear whether the amount is seized by the police. Complainant will be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings, if he has any grievance about the investigation conducted by the police. Considering the fact that charge-sheet is filed and the applicant has been granted bail, anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
