The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondent no.1 has not complied with the order passed by this Court on 8th November, 2017 by not deciding the representations/proposals made by the petitioner on 20th November, 2017, 12th February, 2018 and 20th August, 2018 made to the respondent nos. 3 and respondent

We accordingly direct the present Education Officer to decide the representation dated 20th August, 2018 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order without fail and shall communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner within one week thereafter.

Contempt petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

The parties to act on the authenticated copy of this order. 6.

Place the matter on board for compliance on 22nd November, 2021.
