After arguing for some time, the learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent shall maintain the status-quo as it exits today in respect of the structure in question. It is not in dispute that the possession of the property has already been taken by the Respondent.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner will not enter into the structure in question till the Appeal is finally adjudicated by the Appellate Authority. Vishal Parekar 1/2

Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the parties, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal as expeditiously as possible but not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

The statement made above will remain enforce till the Appeal is decided.
