The applicant herein has sought leave to challenge the impugned Order dated 2nd July, 2015, whereby the learned Sessions Judge, Gr. Bombay has allowed the Appeal No.527 of 2010 and set aside the conviction and sentence imposed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 44th Court, Andheri, Mumbai for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. 3.

Having heard the parties, and having considered the record, in my considered view, arguable points are raised. Hence, leave granted. Appeal be registered.
