In view of the reply dated 1-1-2013, to the Petitioner we do not find that there is any willful or deliberate violation of the order dated 3-9-2012 passed by a Division Bench of this Court. In view thereof, there is no warrant to exercise the Contempt Jurisdiction, the above Contempt Petition is accordingly dismissed.
