The applicant is accused in Crime No.148 of 2014 dated 2.5.2014 registered with Bhosari Police Station, Pune for the offences punishable under Sections 276(2)(l) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. Charge-sheet is filed and the case is committed to the Court of Sessions vide Sessions Case No.609 of 2014.
