Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the Petitioner challenges the order dated 13.10.2016 passed by respondent no.1 in Revision Application No.854 of 2016. Revision is pending for hearing on its own merits. The next date in the said Revision is 26.10.2016.

The learned A.G.P. for respondent nos.1 to 3 after taking instruction from concerned officer makes a statement that respondent no.1 will decide the said Revision within 3 weeks from today. Mohite 1/2

a) Respondent no.1 to decide Revision Application No.854 of 2016 within 3 weeks from today and provide copy of order to other side.
