Heard. Rule. The respective counsel in Revision No.494 of 2015 and 596 of 2015 submit that the parties to the Revision Applications have settled their disputes amicably. They have drawn consent terms. The consent terms are filed on record. They are taken on record and marked "X" for the purpose of identification. The parties to both the Revision Applications are present before the Court and they submit that they have voluntarily drawn the consent terms without being influenced by any

The learned counsel for the applicant in Criminal Revision application No.494 of 2015 has handed over a Demand Draft of Rs.8,00,000/- to the Advocate for respondent No.1 before this Court in the presence of respondent No.1. Similarly, a cheque of Rs.12,00,000/- is handed over to the learned counsel for respondent No.1 and the same are accepted by the counsel as well as the party to the Revision Applications. 4.

In view of this, both the Revision Applications deserve to be disposed of as withdrawn since the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. Both the Revision Applications accordingly stand disposed of. (SMT.SADHANA S.JADHAV, J.)
