Petitioner claims that under the scheme introduced by the CIDCO and the Government, the petitioner is entitled to get benefit of 12.5% scheme. It is the case of the petitioner that in fact on 21/27th January, 1993 (Exh. F and H), letter was issued by respondent no. 1 intimating the petitioner that the petitioner will be allotted the land under 12.5% scheme. The grievance of the petitioner is that even after lapse of number of years, the

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner made a limited prayer that this petition be disposed of by directing respondents to consider and decide petitioner's representation dated 19.9.2016 Exh. I as expeditiously as possible. The prayer appears to be reasonable and therefore, without commenting upon the merits of the matter and petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondents to examine the petitioner's claim as made in the representation dated 19.9.2016 in accordance with law. Petitioner is at liberty to file additional documents in support of her claim. The decision as aforesaid be taken by the respondents within four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
