This is an application for relaxation of condition of reporting to the Investigating Officer on stipulated date and time. By an Order dated 28.7.2006 the applicant was granted bail by this Court and was directed to report to the Investigating Officer, CID, Pune on every first Monday of the month between 11.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. till the disposal of the trial. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that since the date of his release from Jail the applicant is seriously complying with the said - Page-1/2

Nalawade 34-appp-1165-18.doc condition for last more than 12 years and she further on instructions submitted that till date the trial of the present case has not commenced. 2.

As the applicant is complying with the aforesaid stated condition for more than 12 years, I am inclined to modify the said condition. 3.

The applicant is hereinafter directed to report to the concerned investigating agency of the State CID, Pune once in four months i.e. on every first Monday of the 4th Month calender month between 11.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. i. e. three times in a year till the disposal of trial.
