Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, the detailed interim order dated 10th October, 2017 stands confirmed on the following terms and conditions :

ORDER

(i) In the event of the arrest in Crime No. 803 of 2016 registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant shall be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer of the concerned Police Station as and when called, till the filing of the charge-sheet;

(iii) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence the complainant, witnesses or any person concerned with the case or shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, so as to dissuade him from disclosing such facts to the Court or to the Police Officer;

(iv) The applicant to cooperate with the investigating agency. 2.

The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms and is accordingly disposed of.

It is made clear that the observations made herein are prima facie, for the purpose of deciding this application. 2/3
