P.C. :- This Criminal Application is filed seeking directions to the Pass-port Authority to renew and issue fresh pass-port to the Applicant in accordance with the Rules, Regulations and Notifications under the Pass-port Act.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that the Applicant is a holder of Indian Pass-port No. R 8666021 and the validity of this pass-port is expiring on 15th January 2019, therefore, the Pass-port Authority may be directed

903. APPA 1650.18.doc to consider his prayer for the renewal of the pass-port keeping in view the relevant Rules, Regulations and Notifications under the Pass-port Act.

In the light of submission made across the bar and taking in view the averments in the application, we grant the liberty to the Applicant to file the proper application before the Pass-port Authority. Upon filing such application, the said authority to consider the request of the Applicant for renewal of the pass-port, keeping in view the Rules, Regulations and Notifications relevant for the purpose of deciding said application under the Pass-port Act.

With the above observations, the Criminal Application stands disposed of.
