The Interim Application is taken out for setting aside the order dated 28th October 2015, by which conditional order was passed. Pursuant to said order, the Writ Petition has been dismissed for non-compliance of said order.

Mrs. Nimbalkar, learned AGP appears for Respondent No.3. She opposes the application, however, for the reasons set out in the application and as the Writ Petition is yet to be admitted, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

The Petitioner to submit requisite copies to the Registry within a period of three weeks from today.

Issue fresh notice to the Respondents in Writ Petition No. 10528 of 2011 returnable after eight weeks.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms, however with no order as to costs.
