The above Interim Application is filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to hear the Appeal expeditiously. (b) That pending hearing and final disposal of the Appeal this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to give Rs.10,000/- to Rs.20,000/- per month to the Applicant as maintenance. (c) That pending hearing and final disposal of the Appeal this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Respondent to visit the Applicant once in every 15 days or on such intervals as required by the Applicant. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the ApplicantAppellant, on instructions, submitted that he is not pressing the above Interim Application in terms of prayer clauses (b), (c) & (d). He is only pressing it in terms of prayer clause (a). He submitted that the above Family Court Appeal be placed at some fixed time because it is of the year 2019 and the Applicant-Appellant is a senior citizen and is a cancer survivor.

Looking at this peculiar circumstances, we direct that the above Family Court Appeal be placed for hearing on 1st March, 2024 at 2.30 p.m.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 5.
