Learned AGP has shown us a copy of order dated 16th September, 2013, by which the first respondent was appointed as Police Patil of the village Ganuchi Wadi. His tenure expires on 26th September, 2018 as recorded in the order of appointment. 2.

Hence, the issue raised in this petition has virtually become academic. The vacancy created on 27th September, 2018 shall be filled in by the State in accordance with law. 3.

Subject to what is observed above, the petition is disposed of.
