Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

Considering the submissions made and the fact that the Petitioner's, being the minority institution, application for approval is pending with the Government since 03.11.2015 and that there is no adverse communication received by the Petitioners and that the Petitioners' claim and entitlement is based upon the government resolution dated 13th July, 2016 and the judgment of this court (Coram : V. spb/ 41wp12815-16.odt Kulkarni,JJ.) in the case of Canossa Society and Anr. vs. Commissioner and Ors., reported in 2014 (3) BCR 556, therefore, to avoid further delay, we are inclined to direct the concerned Respondents to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within two months in accordance with law. All points are kept open.

The Petition is disposed of with liberty accordingly. No costs.
