The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner accepts that by Office Memorandum dated 19th May, 2015, the Government of India has discontinued Rajiv Awas Yojana (RAY) and Rajiv Rinn Yojana (RRY). He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. He prays that remedies of the Petitioner may be kept open. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
