DATE : 16 MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- 1] In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case, no useful purpose will be served, if Special Civil Suit No.154 of 2014 is allowed to proceed during the pendency of the Civil Revision Application questioning the order made on application under Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 taken out by the applicant. The respondents herein will not suffer any prejudice, because they are already armed with interim reliefs from the Civil Court.

2] Accordingly, there shall be interim relief in terms of prayer clause (A).
