By this Civil Application, the applicant/insurance company seeks stay to the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award dated 23.02.2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Baramati in M.A.C.P. No. 122 of 2013.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount alongwith interest accrued thereon.

In view of this submission, the execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the final disposal of the Appeal.

Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. FIRST APPEAL NO. 47 OF 2018 6.
The learned counsel for the appellant submits that service on respondent no. 3 be dispensed with.

In view thereof, issue notice to respondent nos. 1 and 2, returnable on 28.03.2018. Service on respondent no. 3 is dispensed with.
