Learned Counsel for the respondent Mr. Bhojwani submits that the petition does not survive, as the parties have amicably settled the dispute and have filed consent terms in P.A. No. 442 of 2013 before the Family Court No. 4, Pune. He has tendered a copy of the judgment and order dated 23rd February, 2015 passed by the Family Court No. 4, Pune dissolving the marriage between the parties by a decree of divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. The copy of the said judgment and order is taken on record and marked `X' for identification.

The petition, therefore, does not survive and is disposed of accordingly.
