P.C.:- The grievance of the Petitioner that, the concerned APP representing the State in Session Case No.90 of 2013 pending on the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan, District Thane be removed from the said case and some other APP be appointed in his place. Such prayer cannot be accepted as it is contrary to the settled position of law. 2) We however direct the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan to expedite the hearing of the said Session Case No.90 of 2013 arising out of CR No.I-194 of 2012 registered with Ambernath Police Station, Taluka Ambernath, District Thane, if not decided till date, as 1/2

3) Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. 4) In view of disposal of Writ Petition itself, nothing further survives in the Interim Application No.3542 of 2022 and is also disposed off.
