The Counsel appearing for the respondent No.3 states that no tenure has been prescribed under the advertisement published by the employer and in paragraph No.2 of the order passed by us on January 11, 2018, reference, in respect of lapsing of the period of appointment which was considered to be 3 years, is erroneous. 2.

In view of this matter, portion appearing in paragraph 2 specifying that "The tenure of appointment under the advertisement was for a period of 3 years. It is thus obviously clear that the period specified in the advertisement in respect of appointment to the post of Assistant Legal Advisor in the establishment of the Municipal Corporation has also come to an end.", shall be deleted. Even considering the factual aspect and even after deletion of the portion, as referred above, the conclusions reached by us will not materially get altered and there is no need to reconsider or revisit the conclusion. 3.

Motion is disposed of.
