The above Interim Application is filed by the Applicant/Appellant for Condonation of Delay of 658 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal.

The above Interim Application had come on 21st September, 2023 when none had appeared on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant. Even when it had come up before another Division Bench of this Court on 27th July, 2022 none had appeared on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant. OCTOBER 5, 2023 Shubham Talle

In these circumstances, we had directed that the above Interim Application be placed on board for dismissal on 29th September, 2023. Due to paucity of time, the matter did not reach on 29th September, 2023 and has therefore come up today. Today also when the matter is called out, none appears for the Applicant/Appellant. It appears that the the Applicant/Appellant is not interested in prosecuting the above Interim Application.

In these circumstances, the Interim Application seeking Condondation of Delay in filing the above Appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. In view of the dismissal of the Interim Application, the Family Court Appeal also stands dismissed. No Order as to costs. 5.
